- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2. How to Cancel
- You can cancel your order by contacting us via email as soon as possible.
- Please share your Order ID and registered details for quick processing.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.
4. Late Cancellation
- If cancellation request is received after dispatch, it will not be accepted.
- In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
