Refund and Returns Policy

At HEALTRACK WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
