1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged products due to misuse
- Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
